- 22 lbs. Ground Beef (1 lb. packs)
- 2 Chip Steak Packages
- 2 Beef Cube Packages (for soup or roasts)
Rib
- 4 Ribeye Steaks (aka Delmonico)

Payment:
*A deposit of $60 is requested upon confirmation of your order. A payment request will be emailed to you at that time, which can be completed online. When picking up or receiving your beef, cash and checks are preferred to pay the remaining balance. The deposit is nonrefundable.
There are two ways to get your beef.
(i) Delivery: If you live in Lancaster County, we can deliver to you. The cost is $1 per mile round trip (from the farm), with a minimum of $25 per Eighth.
(ii) Farm-gate customers: Pickup at the farm Monday through Saturday, by appointment. Patrick will let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.
